Seam detector contains a highly sensitive magnetic field detection unit, which uses the principle of non-contact for sensing.

First, bind the magnet to the cloth head that is about to be dyed and finished. When the dyeing and finishing machine is operating, the detector will periodically sense the changes in the magnetic field when the magnet passes through and actuate. At the side of the detector, through the green indicator light for power and the red indicator light for output status, users can clearly observe onsite operations and sensing situations. The installation method is simple, convenient, and reduces the time taken from manually finding the magnet, therefore saving manpower and material resources.
